Thank you so much for your support and well wishes as I start this blog journey. I wish I had more time to write! I believe this space will be wonderful for all of us as we learn about amazing people doing amazing things on behalf of girls and women in our midst and around the world. I wanted to highlight my original inspiration for this mission- something I watched about two years ago. I've traveled the world and seen a lot of poverty, and this video confirmed what I've seen, and also inspired me to think about women and how empowering them can bring such mighty change! below is the "girl effect" video.
